How to book an an appointment

  • Book online following the link at the top of this page 
  • Call the branch you wish to book in  at – see the locations page or click on the name of the branch below for the telephone number and opening times
  • Simply call into your branch- we do try to accommodate walk in booking where possible but it is always better to check in advance by calling or checking online bookings to avoid disappointment.

To Make A Booking Online

  • Click the  link to online booking at the top of this page
  • Choose your prefered salon
  • Follow the prompts to make your booking
  • If you require a Soak Off  firstly choose your required Nail or Toe treatment you will then be taken to the Soak Off options  tab automatically so simply choose the Soak Off service you require.
  •  If no availability shows for the time you want please call your branch as there may still be availability.
  •  Please be aware that your email confirmation of booking will be sent to the email address that we hold on your CUSTOMER PROFILE information. This may be different to the one you use to log in to Online Booking. If you do not receive your email please check when you visit the salon that we have the correct and most up to date email for you. 
  • We have a strict 16 years of age or over policy for Nail Extensions, tinting and some waxing treatments including brow waxing.
  • If you have made a booking for appointments which takes 1 hour or longer, or have made a booking for more than 1 person we may call you to confirm your appointment and will require a 50% deposit by credit or debit card. This will only be refundable if you cancel a full 24 hours in advance of the appointment.

To Cancel or Change A Booking

To cancel or change an appointment date & time You can call the salon where you have a booking or if you prefer to do it online please follow the instructions below .

  • Choose the ONLINE BOOKING tab on this page
  • Select the branch that your booking is made for
  • Go to the menu icon (3 small lines) at the left hand side of the header banner
  • Firstly log into your account
  •  Once logged in your FUTURE APPOINTMENTS tab will show. Click on this tab
  • Choose one of the options  to either  CHANGE or CANCEL an booking
